Verify that the correct print media is being used.

If not, use the print media recommended for the printer.

If excessive wrinkles occur, use paper or other media from a new package.

If you use the envelope, check whether the crea se is within 30 m m of the four edges

of the envelope.

If the crease is within 30 mm of the four edges of the envelope, this is considered

normal. Your printer is not at fault.

If not, check if the printer supports your envelope type, and then check if you

loaded the envelope in the correct orientation. For more information, see “Loading

Print Media in the Paper Tray” on page 106 or “Loading Print Media in the Priority

Sheet Inserter (PSI)” on page 115.
